We are based in the UK

The mk802 is shipped to us, from China and we then pay import tax on each unit.

If you are based in the UK then you should expect your ordered package to arrive via registered post. With no additional costings other than postage.

We ship internationally, but please check your customs rules for your country as some countries will add a levy on top of the cost of the unit (this is nothing to do with us) So please be aware of that before you order from us.

Due to the nature of the product we cannot accept any returns unless the item is returned within 5 working days of purchase, where you should explain the reasons for your return.  We will then contact our supplier detailing the nature of the return, if your item proves faulty after testing then you will be issued with a full refund. This process can take up to three weeks.

We are a reseller of the item and do not provide a guarantee.
