I have a MK802 with V2 firmware but Splashtop Remote Desktop does not show up using the playstore app. If I go to the playstore using the browser the app shows up but its not compatible with my MK802. Were you using V1 or V2 firmware? Any suggestion as to why its not compatible with my MK802? I live in the Caribbean.
That’s bizarre, I wonder why that is.
I do know there are a few versions of splashtop, I use the normal version not the HD version, try and see if that makes any difference to the compatibility messages…
I was able to find/download/install the Free Splashtop HD with no problems using the play store app. However when I try to buy the app I get the message that its not available in my country. If I try to buy from the play store using the web browser I get the message that its not compatible. I also tried to buy it from Amazon appstore app and get the message I need to have a US credit/debit card link to my Amazon account. Leave me to conclude that my problem has to do with my location in the Caribbean and or I need to link a US card to my account.
